The Near Northwest Neighborhood, Inc (NNN) is an organization of citizens dedicated to preserving and revitalizing South Bend's Near Northwest Side. Arts Cafe is the NNN's annual block party street fair. It draws up to 2,000 visitors every fall.

Arts Cafe is a highly anticipated event for those who live and work nearby, but the NNN invites everyone in the Michiana area to join in the fun. Visitors who have never been to the Near Northwest (or haven't been in some time) are amazed at the ongoing positive transformation of this historic downtown neighborhood.
