What is the Season Pass?

From our very beginning as a pop-up plant shop, we’ve leaned in to the idea of “cross pollination,” the idea that what’s good for one local business is also good for their neighbors. When one local business succeeds, that energy often spills over into another - and another - and another. Our aim through the Season Pass is to be more intentional as we focus, amplify, and magnify that good energy.

We’re thinking of the Season Pass as a front row ticket to the community we’re proud to call home. It’s a gateway to discover and support the amazing local, independent businesses across our community who value fostering vibrant places as much as we do. Botany is humbled and honored to present our early champions and business partners for the 2024 Season Pass. Each and every one is working to build the community we want to live in with you, and it is our shared hope that the Season Pass will help enable all of us to do just that.

What’s in it for me?

The Season Pass offers a proposition: if you intentionally choose to support local businesses throughout the year, you’ll be putting money back in your pocket.

While discounts offered vary from business to business, the average discount is around 10%, which means if you can envision spending at least $100 every month with any combination of participating businesses, your Pass will pay for itself.

After that, you’ll be putting money back in your pocket the more you patronize local places. We hope this will make it easier to love on local businesses and continue to grow a community we’re proud to call home.

While promotions vary from business to business, the average discount is 10%, and some exclusions will apply. This list was last updated on Saturday, March 16.

How will it work?

Community members will purchase a Season Pass from Botany, who is organizing this initiative. A limited number of passes will be available for 2024 as we launch this program and learn from our collaborations throughout the year.

Pass holders will receive a personalized Season Pass Directory in early April which will include a Season Pass Card, your ticket to access special benefits when you patronize a participating business. You can also choose to pick up your Directory from The Botany Shop. The Directory will list the participating businesses and their promotion, with businesses listed by neighborhood to help you plan your visit.

A 2024 Season Pass and related promotions are valid April 1 - December 31, 2024.
