Wine & Wreaths, an elevated holiday experience from The Botany Shop, returns for a second season in 2024. Our team is looking forward to helping you plan and host a joyful and stress-free holiday party for friends, loved ones, and coworkers 21+, one filled with joy, warmth, comfort, merriment, and memory-making.

what’s included

Your group will have the Shop to yourselves as you craft fresh, fragrant, and beautiful holiday wreaths with guidance from our plant stylists. All materials and supplies are included for each guest to make one, 24” finished wreath, including your choice of a beautiful, pre-made bow. New this year, all guests will have access to our adornment bar, stocked with a range of special botanical ingredients like dried flowers and seed heads, natural ornaments, and other decorations available for purchase.

Lite snacks and a selection of wine options are included, with additional options available for purchase (see below). While the Shop is dressed in its holiday finest, all guests will enjoy 10% off any purchase the night of your event. NA beverages will also be available and are included at no additional charge.

The choices below are in addition to the base price/person, and Botany will handle ordering and pickup of these offerings on your behalf. No other outside food is permitted.

We’re excited to collaborate with our friends at Oh Mamma’s to offer a deliciously enhanced experience.
Each platter comfortably feeds up to six (6) people.

Custom Gift Sets & Party Favors

The Botany Shop team is happy to help you add a special flair to your gathering by curating a custom gift set or party favor for your guests. A minimum budget/person of $25 is requested. Let us know if you’re interested in this service when you make your reservation, and we’ll follow up with options.

 

Make a reservation

This offering sold out in less than 48 hours last year! This year, we’ll begin accepting reservations on Wednesday, October 2, at 9am.

Reservations can be made by calling The Botany Shop at (574) 213-2768. If you call and the line is busy, please call back in a few minutes. We’ll update the list of available dates below as reservations come in, so you know what’s still available. Reservations are accepted first come, first serve. 

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the remaining balance is due when you arrive. An invoice for your deposit will be sent via email following your reservation and should be paid within 48 hours, otherwise the reservation may be subject to cancellation if another party is interested in the same date. Deposits are nonrefundable. 

When you call, please have the following information ready to share with our team:

  • How many people will be in your group (minimum 6, max 12).

    • You can always add more people later if desired. Final headcounts are due by Friday, November 15, and we’ll contact all parties with a reminder one week out.

  • A first and second choice date in case your first choice is no longer available.

Off-Site Events for large parties

If you have a group larger than 12 and would like to host a Wine & Wreaths gathering, we’re happy to bring the wreaths to you in the venue of your choice. We also have a few venues we’re happy to recommend if you’re looking for a space.

We’re able to accept a very limited number of off-site events this year, and we’ll begin accepting reservations for off-site events one week later, the morning of Wednesday, October 9. Wine and snacks are not included for off-site events, and any food and beverage catering is the responsibility of the host in following the policies and procedures of the venue. Otherwise, the same reservation procedure and pricing applies for off-site events as stated above.
